Our Rates
Our rates for physical therapy are as follows:

| Follow-up Treatment | $85 |
| Intramuscular Stimulation | $90 |
| Concussion Assessment | $150 |
| Concussion Treatment | $100 |
Payment is due at each treatment session. You will be provided with a receipt that you can submit to your private insurer for reimbursement.
Please note we are a private clinic and do not accept WCB funded clients.

We are able to direct bill most major health insurance plans, and motor vehicle insurance companies. Please inquire at initial appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please call 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment so that others may be able to fill your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $35 charge.
