Cassidy completed her Master’s in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from Mount Royal University in Calgary. During her time at MRU, she played for the women’s hockey team which was an experience that gave her a strong appreciation for the physical and mental demands of sport, and a firsthand understanding of what it is like to be an athlete recovering from an injury.
She enjoys playing just about any sport especially hockey and basketball, and loves watching sports, particularly the NHL and NFL. Her lifelong connection to sport fuels her passion for helping others stay active, recover from injury, and return to the activities they enjoy.
In the clinic, Cassidy strives to create a comfortable, collaborative environment where the client feels heard and supported. She blends evidence-based rehab with a practical, personalized approach, whether she’s helping someone return to their favourite sport, build confidence in daily movement, or navigate a new injury or condition.
