Our rates for physical therapy are as follows:
Payment is due at each treatment session. You will be provided with a receipt that you can submit to your private insurer for reimbursement.
Please note we are a private clinic and do not accept WCB funded clients.
We accept the following forms of payment:

We are able to directly bill Alberta Blue Cross and the Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan (ASEBP). Please bring your Blue Cross card to your first appointment.

Our main office is located at 120 - 8805 Resources Rd, Grande Prairie, AB on resources road next to Ramona's and Grassroots Realty.
Our south location is on the southside of Grande Prairie located inside the Orthopedic Associates office.
Our third location is in Beaverlodge, Alberta within the Health & Wellness Clinic At 112-10 Street, Beaverlodge, AB.
