Therapeutic
Exercise

Sports
Rehabilitation

Sports rehabilitation includes detailed bio-mechanical and muscle balance assessments of the athlete to determine the root cause of their dysfunction. A specific and functional treatment plan is then developed to help restore the athlete to a high level of function.

TMD
Management

Approximately 25% of the population will report symptoms of TMD which commonly include jaw pain, stiffness, joint noise such as clicking and popping, headaches and neck pain. We approach this joint with the same treatment as other joints to restore pain free mobility and function.

Thermal &
Electrical Modalities

Used as an adjunct to manual therapy and exercise. Can stimulate tissue by increasing blood flow, decreasing swelling and inflammation, decreasing pain and increasing mobility and function. These treatments can include hot and cold packs, ultrasound,
IFC, TENS, NMES.

Intramuscular
Stimulation

A dry needling technique using sterile, single-use needles that help to reduce adverse muscle tone, muscle bands and trigger points that contribute to pain and dysfunction. Helps to relieve pressure on tender joint structures, tendons and bursal sacs.

Vestibular
Rehabilitation

Focused form of therapy intended to alleviate both primary and secondary problems caused by vestibular disorders.  Proven treatment for dizziness, vertigo and balance problems, no matter your age or how long you’ve been struggling with the problem.

Pelvic Health

Therapy

This is a “hands on” treatment approach that mobilizes the joints of the spine and extremities, creates movement in nerve tissue or facilitates the activation, flexibility and normal tone of muscles.
